Always turn on all burners, but different temperatures can be set on each button.

Physical shocks with a spatula or knife, for example, should be avoided, as this can cause micro-fragmentation of the chrome surface.

Cleaning the plate is quick and easy: pour a glass of water or ice cubes (de-icing) on the hot plate and remove any residue using a flat spatula. Don't forget to clean the grease container. Once the plate has cooled, finish with a sponge and dishwashing liquid. No risk of oxidation, no maintenance required.

IMPORTANT: Don't forget to unplug the plancha before cleaning. We advise you not to use vinegar or other acidic products on your plate.
