Santoku Knife Simogas

The 18cm Santoku knife is made in one piece of stainless steel and covered with orange polypropylene for the handle.

Japanese-style, the Santoku knife is the essential multipurpose knife for cutting and chopping meat, fish, fruits and vegetables.

Its blade, equipped with cells, allows food to detach easily and reduce its resistance during cutting. This type of blade makes it possible to cut very finely raw fish as well as fragile fruits and vegetables (strawberries, mushrooms ...).
