To clean rolled steel cooking plates, nothing could be easier, simply deglaze the hot plate with cold water or ice cubes and scrape off the residue with a maintenance spatula. When the plate is clean, wipe it well and brush it with a thin layer of oil with a soft cloth to prevent rust spots from appearing on the plate.
