Apollo Kamado Barbecue Medium (Ø48cm-18")
The kamado Apollo offers exceptional cooking versatility.
You can grill, braise, smoke, bake, simmer and even use it as a pizza oven.
Its ceramic design and egg shape promote heat reflection and retention, giving it the ability to reach high temperatures while consuming little coal.
Thanks to its integrated thermometer and its 2 adjustable air vents at the top and bottom, the Apollo gives you total control over the cooking of your food by precisely controlling the temperature.
Like a barbecue, the kamado Apollo works with both wood and charcoal.
Finally, the Apollo is easy to clean and does not rust.
