Gas plancha. Cooking plate 75x40cm in carbon steel covered with 96 microns hard chrome. Plancha plate thickness 18mm. Equipped with thermostatic valves that control the temperature. Structure made of stainless steel 304. Windshield grid to protect the flame from the wind. 4 lines of fire for efficient energy consumption and an evenly heated surface. Can be used with LPG bottled gas butane, propane or for town gas. Recommended for 8-10 people.

Thickness of 18mm and 4cm high lip.
Hermetically heat-sealed on the upper edges.
Fixed griddle of 75x40cm.
Appearance : look as a mirrow.
One-piece body made of stainless steel 304.
Height adjustable legs.
2 enamelled steel burners, H shaped (4 lines of fire distributed on the whole griddle for a homogeneous cooking) located at 25mm from the griddle (no heat loss).
Electronic piezo ignition (AA battery provided).
Wind shield (protects the flame from wind).
Safety thermocouple (cuts off the gas if the flame goes out).
For use with LPG bottled gas propane or butane gas, or town gas.
Thermostatic valves that control the temperature.
Removable liquid container made of stainless steel, to the front (to easily remove residues easily from the cooking plate).

The perfect cooking and the best thermal inertia thanks to its thickness of 18mm. The chromed plancha is adapted to an intensive use, whatever the quantity or diversity of food.
A powerful temperature build-up. Burners are located very close to the griddle this fact is reducing gas consumption . The power/temperature ratio is optimal for an environmentally-responsible consumption.

It is possible to cut food on the plate, however, it is necessary to avoid physical shocks with spatula or knife for example, because this can cause damage (micro-fragmentations) on the chrome surface.
Always light all the burners but it is possible to set different temperatures on each control knob.
Griddle cleaning is a quick and easy operation : pour water or ice cubes on the hot grill plate to deglaze and remove the residues with a spatula into the drip tray. Don't forget to clean the drip tray after. Allow to cool completely before cleaning with dish detergent or degreaser. No risk of rust. No special maintenance is required.
