The packaging of our planchas has been designed to ensure the safest possible delivery.
The packaging has been tested.
All parts are protected and the plancha is delivered on a pallet for maximum protection.
Reception of the plancha
When receiving your plancha:
Please look around the package. In case of doubt, mention on the delivery note "subject to verification".
In case of apparent problem:
Refuse the package and call us: 0033 3 74 47 47 27 (not surcharged).
If you notice a defect when you unpack your package:
Keep all the packaging.
Do not use the items, which must be new.
Contact us so that we can solve the problem: tel. 0033 3 74 47 47 27 (not surcharged) - e-mail: email@example.com.
In any case, it is advisable to keep the packaging, for safety, for about 10 days.
The usual method of delivery is express transport. There is no tracking number as the delivery is made on a pallet, but you will be informed at any time of the status of your order by email, upon request.
The average delivery time is 3 working days once your order has been handed over to the carrier. The carrier is expected to contact you in advance to arrange a delivery date with you. If you are not available on the proposed date, you can change it directly with the carrier.
Delivery is free of charge for purchases over 140€ in France, Spain, the Balearic Islands, Belgium and Portugal.
For a purchase of less than 140€ and a delivery in these same countries, the delivery costs are 15€.
Delivery costs include packaging, handling and postage.
For delivery in the rest of the EU / outside the EU:
The delivery costs for other countries of the European Union are from 95 €.
