Elegant and timeless design. The design of the Saturn brasero is cup-shaped on a painted steel base (anthracite grey).

The circular plate (100 cm ring) is made of 10 mm thick ground carbon steel. Ground steel is an excellent conductor that offers perfect browning and is suitable for all foods: meat, grilled meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, etc.

When making a wood or charcoal fire in the center of the brasero, the plate heats from the center outwards. Cooking temperatures are higher the closer the food is to the inside and gradually decrease towards the outer edges, so that a large number of different foods can be cooked at different temperatures at the same time. The plate has a slight slope to the inside of the circle to prevent grease from falling outwards.

Equipped with a storage compartment for firewood, as well as an air outlet for easy lighting and better control of fire power and cooking temperature adjustment. Ash drawer included.

The Saturn Simogas Brasero can also be used outdoors as a heat source, creating a "around the fire" atmosphere.

Note: Painted steel brasero are of high quality. However, they are more delicate than corten steel braseros (rusty look). Care needs to be taken to avoid scratches when using them. Therefore, it is highly recommended to protect them from bumps and inclement weather with a protective cover.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Cleaning the plate is quick and easy: pour a glass of water or ice cubes (deglaze) onto the hot plate and scrape with a spatula to remove any residue. Feel free to rub well. IMPORTANT: Once the plate has cooled, always grease the plate (edible oil of your choice) after each use, so that it does not rust. We advise you not to use vinegar or other acidic products on your plate.
• The painted steel cup and base require some care when using them to avoid scratches.
