Electric plancha. Fixed cooking plate 50x40cm in carbon laminated steel. Plancha plate thickness 4 mm. Frame : wall made of stainless steel 304. One heating circuit for efficient energy consumption and an evenly heated surface. For outdoor and indoor use. Recommended for 2-4 people.

Don't forget to clean the drip tray after. Allow to cool completely before cleaning with dish detergent or degreaser. It is important to always rub the cooking plate with vegetal oil after cleaning.
