Gas plancha. Griddle 60x40cm in carbon steel covered with 96 microns hard chrome. Plancha griddle thickness 18mm. Equipped with thermostatic valves that control the temperature. Structure made of stainless steel 304. Windshield grid to protect the flame from the wind. 4 lines of fire for efficient energy consumption and an evenly heated surface. Can be used with LPG bottled gas butane, propane, or for town gas. Recommended for 6-8 people.

The Plancha is fixed to the trolley (screws included): no chance of falling during movement.

This model is equipped with a worktop, 4 wheels for easy movement and a storage space for your kitchen tools and a large gas bottle.
